I am on week one of the challenge. Can I eat avocado (1/4 or even 1/8) twice in one day?
I am doing very well with the 6 small meals, but am STILL hungry and the fat in the avo helps. I am a runner, but have stopped running in favor of the 20 minute "all out" cardio 3x a week.
I am 5'3", 133 with a goal of 123.
As long as your overall daily ratios, portions, and calories are where they need to be, you can have it with every meal. Obviously it would be a much smaller piece if you were having it with every meal though. Figure out what your fat requirement is and then devide that by how many meals you want to include the avacado. For example half a medium avacado has about 14 grams of fat. This is about the same as a tablespoon of olive oil. If you want to have a quarter of the avacado on a sandwhich and a quarter on a salad, go for it. Just becareful that you are not also adding extra nuts or oils to your meals because even healthy fats are high in calories.
