Im going on a trip tomorrow and the whole day I will be on a plane. Any tips for easy meals to take on the plane?

I have found that they myoplex ready to drink shakes work well when traveling. You can also get protein bars by myoplex or other brands that work well too. Finally, maybe you could pack a sandwhich with you as well with whole wheat bread, some lean meat, and veggies. Good luck.
