just starting my first ever body for life challenge and am looking to get as lean as possible over the 12 weeks!
heard/read a little about thermo CLA aiding in fat loss (specifically belly/hip fat).
has anyone had any experiences with it? positive? negative?
is it worth the money?
I'm not sure if there is a difference between "thermo" CLA and regular CLA but I use EAS brand CLA.
It's worth the money if you are strict with the rest of your program.

I use CLA. I take it in the morning with Breakfast and before bed.
I take my CLA with Tonalin with meal 3 and 5 or 6. Never around my workouts, which are always first thing in the morning.
Hey Legs do you take your CLA after your workout or is it just meal 3 and then 5or bedtime.=)
No I dont take CLA with Tonalin around my workout. Id rather my body search for the fat that is clinging to my body for dear life, than give it some to absorb readily.
Thermo CLA has some thermogenics along with the CLA. I typically don't mess with thermogenics because my heartrate likes to spike when I do.
