Hi P! Right now I am around 1500 - 1600 cals per day. Free day is a little higher.
Since I am not a certified nutritionist or doctor, I hate to give my opinion on anyone's caloric needs as it may bite me in the backside. All I can advise is to talk to your medical doctor. That's my safe answer ;)

I appreciate and respect your response. I can work with that. Thanks!
I should have a patent on this next one ;-)..............
Cookie Dough Protein Shake (a.k.a Chox Cake Batter Shake!)
4 oz Silk PureCoconut Milk (original or Vanilla both work)
4 oz. water
1 TB. sugar-free, fat-free Jello Chocolate Pudding Mix
1 1/4 TB sugar-free, fat-free Jello Vanilla Pudding Mix
1/4 tsp. McCormick Imitation Butter Flavoring (on the baking aisle with the extracts)
1 scoop EAS Vanilla 100% Whey Protein Powder
Ice
Blend and ENJOY!!!!!!
****** This one is good also to make kids freeze pops. Just use 8 oz. of the coconut milk instead, and don't add any water. Then blend the rest of the ingredients together, and pour in those kiddie popcicle molds. I made these this morning and they are soooo delicious !!!! ******
You can, in fact use the popcicle molds for most of the recipes. I did this last summer for my kids. I don't recommend feeding your kids the ones made with diet Mtn. Dew. I would blend up fruit juice, fruit, and EAS 100% Whey Protein Powder for the kids :-)
This is what the McCormick Imitation Butter Flavor looks like on the shelf at the store:
Hi Anthony,
In answer to your questions - Yes, my results in my Before and After photos posted are from 12 weeks......Thank you so much for the nice compliment! I have read all three of the Body For Life books and I followed the program guidelines in the books.
So far the only one I have tried is the Dew one, but it's delicious! Thank you for these pots. :-)

Rayodesol - I am so glad you tried the PB2 and unsweetened almond milk! Isn't it fun to discover how many new things you can create with just a couple of different ingredients? Thanks so much for the nice compliment. So you are probably on Week 4 by now? Enjoy the journey. Looking back on my journal, I can honestly say the journey of the 12 weeks is the best part.
