Hey Susan,
I'm so glad you're interested in helping us newbies. I'm just starting today. I have been hesitant to do this because I'm afraid I will gain weight. I've been exercising for years but have never had the tone and definiton I see with the bfl participants. I'm 5' 5" 125 lbs. and to be toned. Should I just settle down and as required and not worry or ...??? Suggestions?

WOW BFLSusan, so glad I looked at all your receipes. I must go by a blender now. Yummy!!! I do love the almond milk. Never been a milk lover but love it. Thanks for the great receipes!! Where do you find the PB2? I am a big peanut butter fan and thats one of the foods I really miss. I would guess a health food store?

AnnaFL - You are welcome; I hope your new blender brings you as much happiness as mine does :D
You can find PB2 at some health food stores, or you can go to their website : www.bellplantation.com and you can order it there. There may even be other brands now of the powdered peanut butter that I am not aware of.
