I am going to make my version of "diet pizza" tonight: 1 brown rice flour tortilla, organic fat free marinara sauce, low fat sharp cheddar cheese, tomatoes, shrimp, calamri, and scallops for the topping. Can't wait!
Yes I think your pizza is much healthier than mine, I'm going to try it. I have lots of bad eating habbits and it's not easy to change ;) thanks for the recipe,
The key for me is to learn recipes that taste good- I can't live off of dry chicken breast and cottage cheese >:p
