I ended up having my widsom teeth removed midway through my challenge. I tried to go back to a regular diet, but it's still a little difficult to eat meats to get my protein in. Could I just drink 6 shakes or 6 meals of cottage cheese and yogurt? Going to get back in the gym tomorrow now that my face isn't sore and swollen.
In my opinion, you will make much better progress having 6 meals of shakes, yogurt, and cottage cheese than you would eating pudding, jello, and other typical post wisdom teeth removal foods. Obviously your body needs real food more than shakes, but considering the alternative, you will be fine for a few days till you can add in some more solid regular foods.
