A Little Help For The Beginner.......

  • Hello-

    I'm new to the Body For Life program... I need a little help.... I'm a vegan and having a very hard time finding protein to eat... I have been eating a lot of tofu and a lot of soy meats and cheese, but I feel like eating to much of that is not healthy...Please someone help...

    Also I had a question about beans, why are they not a protein???

    Another question..... should I not be eating anything with sugar in the afternoon?? not even fruit???

    • Veggie burgers

    There have been several posts about vegetarian challenges lately. Do a search for "vegetarian" and you should find more ideas.

    I don't think there is anything wrong with having fruit after noon. I do.
