My sixth meal today was a real treat:
1 small apple, don't peel, sliced thin and microwaved 90 seconds
Stir in Truvia and cinnamon (to taste)
Top with Vanilla Greek Style yogurt
Sprinkle with a few pecan or walmut pieces
Yum, yum, yum. My 10 year old went nuts for it! Beware small children if you make this. You may not get all of your sixth meal! :)
That sounds yummy.
I make warm apples with splenda and cinnamon for dessert sometimes. (Careful of the nuts).

i saw lorig suggest the microwaving apples thing to bring out the sugar. so i tried something similar to your concoction with 1/4 of a pear! yummy......
Good question. Last week I "experimented" with this. Tomorrow I buy the book. I guess I have in my head that tomorrow is my official start.
I've just been re-reading your post regarding your win. I couldn't help but laugh when I read the part about free day (having a little wine). A girl after my own heart!
Yummmmy! I had this last night and you were right, I had to share! Did it just as you described, but I put a smidge of vanilla extract in there and liked the extra flavor.
