Noel, this is way hard to read. Can you reformat? One thing, do all those zeroes mean you do not eat breakfast?
Want it. Plan it. Do it.

PROTEIN MILK STRAWBERRIES AND FLAX WERE CONSUMED AS A SHAKE
What I will eat today after my 8a.m. workout. 1) Protein shake with flax one cup fat free milk, and 2 large strawberries. 2) whole wheat tortilla and chicken breast made with mustard and relish. 3) protein bar. 4) 2 boiled eggs and apple. 5) whole wheat tortilla with egg salad, two egg whites and one whole egg, with mustard and rellish, orange 6) turkey breast, green beans 2 servings and small red potato with salsa.... I work out 6 days a week following the workout plan real close. Any ideas?
I generally limit myself to one wheat/flour product per day, so maybe just one tortilla. I don't think that's a hard and fast rule, but it works well for me. Have you tried other carb sources such as brown rice?
I only see veggies at one meal. Maybe add some in meal 2.
Also, stay off the scale. At most weigh following weeks 4, 8 and 12. The scale is not the best measure of what is going on. Three weeks is just the beginning. Commit to the twelve weeks and have patience.
I do typicaly have two veggies per day. I do have brown rice or whole wheat pasta at times. I weighed 245 pounds 4 years ago. Went down to 190, now 205 and have kept most of all it off. Like to drop 20 pounds. I find weight watchers not too different, more protein less carbs on Body for life. I wonder if the four years of that diet ( weight watchers) is keeping me from losing.
Excellent. Stay the course - your body will catch on eventually.
Please consider having your measurements and body-fat analysis conducted (try to have the same person do this) Don't forget that a scale does not differentiate between fat and muscle.
The goal at this early stage is to gain strength, increase endurance, and embrace the lifestyle with absolute determination. Proper weight loss is a slow steady process. You will get there, but don't let the scale be a sole predictor of success.
Stay focused and train hard!

@LORIG2727 Great job! what was your results after 31/2 weeks.
Hi Noel,
Thank you. At the 4th week mark I lost 2 pounds. It's a journey and you will yield fantastic results in the end.
Keep working hard!!
Thanks for the advice, I have family living in Boston. been there many times. Enjoy the snow :) Noel
Your welcome. Please keep us informed about your progress. The shoveling has been unbelieveable. I am a born Floridian so I'm out of my comfort zone.
Have a great day!
Well Lori, I have given up on the scale. my pants fit looser these last two days. Yeaa. :) Ran a 5k friday. Took 3 minutes off my time. Something is working. I would kill to be as ripped as you. Before I started this I was already watching my food intake, And working out 4 days a week. I must admit adding two days a week is challenging to say the least. I am staying the course and havent missed a beat. Thank you for the encouragement. I too lived in Florida for 4 years. Palm Coast, Just north of Daytona. Like Cali. much better. Take care. Noel
Noel,
That's fantastic! Some days you will be tired and your intensity level will drop but stay the cource and make yourself proud. In the end, you will build the best body yet. I'm rooting for you! You can do it!
I'm excited for you,
Hello Lori, how are you doing today? I have a question for you. We are supposed to eat 6 small meals a day, what do you think about having a peice of fruit inbetween those meals? Does that mess up the eating cycle? Im a grazer, Plus do you keep track of your carbs to protein count? A good site that I monitor my intake on is my plate by Lance Armstrong. Check it out. Sunny and 60s here:) Noel
