I did body for life after my freshman year of college because I had gained the unavoidable freshman 15. But now Im a Junior and have started to gain some weight again. I was wondering if there were any tips you guys had on how to stay on track with so many distractions (late night food, drinking etc) around. I still want to be able to enjoy my college experience but at the same time I want to be happy with my body.
Good for you. I think you can definitely balance your goals. First off, remember that it is the company that makes a good time, much more than the food or drink.
Keep in mind that you have a free day every week and schedule it on the day your are most likely to party.
Also check to see if your library has a copy of Champions Body-for-LIFE. One of the feature stories is about a college student and outlines the ways she coped.
