  • I keep reading about greek yogurt and I absolutely love it!  BUT....I have Chobani and it is loaded with sugar and has around 20 grams of carbs.  Is there a flavored greek yogurt with no added sugars?  Would my Chobani be considered a protein?  A carb?

  • I use Fage 0%. You can either get the kind that has the flavor attached in a separate compartment so then you control how much of it you use, but I actually like to get just the yogurt and mix in a little of my polaner all fruit with fiber because it has MUCH lower sugar, more fiber and balances the tartness if I am eating the yogurt on it's own.

  • I use Chobani plain yogurt with a little fruit (like cut strawberries) topped with a little Stevia or Splenda.
