So whats the thoughts on zero calorie snacks IE sugar free jello? can i have it after my 6th meal by itself?
If you are taking in enough food and nutrition within the six meal plan you should not find a need for zero calorie snacks. Perhaps you want to reexamine your protein level and make sure you are eating enough. Also, zero calorie snacks have no nutritional value, are sometimes packed with sugar, and can trick you into thinking your eating healthy. Instead you need food that will aid your body in recovery so you can gear up for that next workout.
