if so do you care to share to share your ways of getting enough protein?
i am a pescatarian so i still eat eggs, fish/seafood, other dairy. however i prefer a more vegetable diet.
Although I am not a vegetarian I do not eat meat. Instead I eat eggs, Salmon, Swordfish, Tuna, Natural peanut butter, Protein drinks, chicken and turkey. Any of the items you mentioned will provide you with the essential protein that is needed to nourish your body.
