I have heard that this is a good source of protein, but do not see it on the authorized list- any thoughts??
From what i've read it's really good for you and it's a form of whey protein.
There is not enough protein in ricotta to consider it a good protein. Also, to add enough ricotta to make it a portion of protein you would be ingesting about 28g of fat with that protein source.
