I had chicken strips and fries, it was yucky midway through the meal! YUCK!
I will go out to eat with my family or boyfriend and I am so full less than halfway through my meal I might burst. I don't want to be wasteful, but it's pointless to take it home with me as I can't eat it the rest of the week. Occassionally I'll try to eat more so I don't feel like I wasted, but then instantly regret the bloated, overstuffed feeling, of chinese, pizza, or pasta.
I hear you on that one! I had some sweets, which I had been craving and OOOhhhh the BELLY ACHE!!!!
I love that it reminds me of how far I've come. :)
But I also love that it helps me know I can do this forever as when I'm told I "CAN'T" have something, I will do everything to have it.
