'kay.. so alot of the recipes I want to try require blending.... smoothies... yogert/Cottage cheese mix...banana ice cream(not actually approved...maintain).... you name it. I really want to try some of these things but I don't want to haul out my massive blender, which is freaking loud, to do it. Does anyone use the Bullet blender or use something similar that you would like to recommend? It needs to be small. I have a tiny kitchen.

I use an emersion blender. You can pick one up for about $20.00 and a giant plastic cup 32 oz prevents spillage. It rinses in 15 seconds and there's no blender to wash...amen to that!!

Yes yes yes! It is the perfect size for me, and is so quick and easy to clean. I also have a tiny kitchen and its a great fit. I highly recomend it! It also has these handy little lid rings that screw onto each mixing cup so you can drink it as is instead of transfering it to another glass.
Champster09~ I never even thought of an emersion blender! I LOVE that! I don't have a dishwasher or a ton of free space. Sounds like what I am looking for.
Only way I will eat yogurt and cottage cheese! The Bullet makes it so yummy and smooth!

The Magic Bullet is AMAZING!! it is worth the money. It's convenient to use and easy to clean.I travel a fair amount and it is convenient to pack, if you don't mind checking a bag.
I use the Hamilton Beach one. I got it at Wal-mart and love it! Someone in our lunch room today said that it is much quieter than the Bullet.

Or you and love tools (like most guys) and buy a BlendTec Blender. Go to www.willitblend.com and see if it will work. (I thought I had to have it..... It works great, but then so does my so many others). The emersion blenders are compact and do a great job.

I'm using a GNC shaker blender for the protein shakes. It works well, and gives me an extra minute of excercise!
We had a "Back to Basics" single serving blender for smoothies, but I managed to lock the thing in place permanently, so for the power blending I bought a Hamilton Beach. It's good for Marguarita's too!

I own a fine dinning restaurant and we luv our Magic Bullet! We use it for small batches of dressings, soups etc. Trust me its worth every penny!
