I know a lot of people want to watch their sodium intake, but I think a little won't hurt, especially as hard as everyone is working out. I don't know if links are allowed, but I will include one, and I am sure it will be removed if not allowed.
I have used a seasoning for years called Garlic Garni, by Garlic Festival Foods. It has garlic, salt, spices, onion & natural flavors. It is good on meat, veggies, popcorn, soups, etc.... and the best part is...it only has 80mg of sodium per serving (1/4 teaspoon) which isn't much compared to so many other seasoning salts out there.
