This would work with any fish, or meat, really but was wonderful on the swordfish! I call it scarborough fair, like the song, because it is the herbs from the chorus: parsley, sage, rosemary, and thyme
Put a broiler pan in the oven with the broiler on while you coat/sprinkle/rub those herbs on the swordfish. Being careful of the hot pan, take it out of the oven and put the steaks on it. (Love the sizzle!) Put back in and broil for 4-5 minutes, remove and enjoy!
You can rub the fish with a bit of olive oil too if you like. In my house we joke about "massage the meat", lol!
