Thanks for the info and reminder... :) Fortunately I was able get home shortly after drinking my Shake, so I popped 2 slices of Wheat bread in toaster and had those dry.
I also changed up my Dinner.. went with 2 lean Hamburger Patties, with Mustard. 1 cup of Broccoli, and 1 cup of brown Rice.
Will do Cottage Cheese tonight with some fruit.. :)
Sooner or later I'll get this all worked out.
