Protein Shakes

  • Just in general.  I can't eat eggs, because they make me extremely  ill. I was just wondering if anyone had any other type of protein I could eat instead in the mornings.

  • In the book Eating for Life, many of the recipes add ~ 1/2 cup of fruit to the Myoplex Lite packets.  If you haven't seen the book, I highly recommend it.  Great food that doesn't take a lot of time to prepare.  

  • Adding 1/2 cup of fruit doubles the carb portion, and then it's 2 carbs to 1 protein.  That's not aligned with the BFL plan.  Watch out for EFL!
