We recently printed out some of the body for life recipes, when it states SERVES 6 that means if you make it exactly as the recipe states it will make a total of 6 meals?

Just a FYI/personal opinion, but I would suggest eating by the book (the original BFL) for your first challenge and save the recipes for free day and or future maintenance challenges after you've achieved your goals. Added ingredients equal added calories and dividing up something into "proper portions" usually leads to bigger portions than we should be eating. Palm sized protein, fist sized carb, and veggies is the best way to go. JMHO (and Bill's!)
