I'm about to begin my 4th week and I just made the best tasting dinner yet:
grilled filet mignon (4.5 oz) - sliced
1/4 cup low-fat skim mozz
1 tablespoon of Walden's Thousand Island dressing (the stuff is incredible)
1 Flatout Light Flatbread (these things are awesome)
I wrapped everything in the flatbread and then grilled it.
It was awesome: 420 calories, 20 carbs, 16 grams of fat (mostly from the filet) and 47 grams of protein (I lifted today).
Wow, This sounds really tasty and high in protein as well. Might have to try this one this week.
