best meal yet

  • I'm about to begin my 4th week and I just made the best tasting dinner yet:

    grilled filet mignon (4.5 oz) - sliced

    1/4 cup low-fat skim mozz

    1 tablespoon of Walden's Thousand Island dressing (the stuff is incredible)

    1 Flatout Light Flatbread (these things are awesome)

     

    I wrapped everything in the flatbread and then grilled it. 

     It was awesome:  420 calories, 20 carbs, 16 grams of fat (mostly from the filet) and 47 grams of protein (I lifted today).

     

  • Wow, This sounds really tasty and high in protein as well. Might have to try this one this week.
