Okay, so I have followed the BFL nutrition plan for the last 4 days.
I feel so full. I know my portion sizes aren't too big, but my stomach just feels bloated.
Yea that can happen while your body is getting used to the exercise an water intake. Make sure your food isn't high in sodium/salt, that will help. Sometimes I go to bed with that feeling, and when I wake up and go to the bathroom I feel deflated and skinny. Drink water regularly so it will help to keep it all regulated.
