Too much food

  • Okay, so I have followed the BFL nutrition plan for the last 4 days.

    I feel so full. I know my portion sizes aren't too big, but my stomach just feels bloated.


  • Yea that can happen while your body is getting used to the exercise an water intake. Make sure your food isn't high in sodium/salt, that will help. Sometimes I go to bed with that feeling, and when I wake up and go to the bathroom I feel deflated and skinny. Drink water regularly so it will help to keep it all regulated.
