Is there such thing as drinking too much water on this program? The reason I ask is because I am drinking almost twice the amount recommended and just want to make sure that will not be hurting my cause.
I wouldn't drink too much water. It can hurt you and has sent people to the hospital and in a couple of cases (rare) has caused death. I would drink a large glass of cold water (16oz) with every meal and another between meals.

Greetings, too much of anything is usually not a good thing in general. She is right about the cold water, cold is best to boost the metabolic rate for your system.
