I'm working out the final parts of my meal plan and exercise schedule to start my Challenge soon. One thing I'm not sure of is when to drink the Myoplex Whey protein. I read this article on Hussman: http://www.hussmanfitness.org/html/TFPostProtein.html about having it right away. My plan is to work out from 7-745 and drink the shake right after, then have my 'second' meal at 10am. Will I hurt my metabolism by waiting that long to eat food, as opposed to just the shake?

Immediately after a workout is the best time for your whey protein drink. I'd try to eat some solid food about an hour after that, but if you can't, I don't think it will hurt your results...unless it makes you hungry and wanting to eat more when you do eat. Good luck with your challenge!!
