I think it depends on the cut. A loin would probably be OK, I think 3oz of veal loin is about 6g of fat and 22g protein. Veal is an excellent source of niacin, zinc and riboflavin.
When in doubt, hop on Google and look up nutrition info. I generally think of a 3oz portion has <8g fat and >20g protein, it's OK to have, but in moderation.
