I'm just about through week 1 and was thinking there was a guideline to when you should eat after a workout. I know you should eat 3 hours before a workout and if I recall it is an hour after a workout.
The way my morning routine is I workout as soon as I wake up. After that I spend a bit of time cooling off, shower make lunch meals and breakfast than eat before leaving for work. It's works out to be maybe 40 minutes though between finishing the workout and eating. But if I wait longer than I'm late for work. I'm thinking I should be giving myself a little more time between workout and meals.
Book says an hour for after workouts. If you do cardio in evening or not in the am on empty stomach it says don't eat for 3 hours.
