My wife and I have been using the Myoplex Original Vanilla... The wife has decided one whole packet is too much for her, so she is consuming 1/2 packet after our morning workout... However, we've had to experiment with the flavor. We've tried the following:
1) Vanilla Myoplex, 10oz water, Peaches, and Ice
2) Vanilla Myoplex, 10oz water, Mixed Berries, and Ice
3) Vanilla Myoplex, 10oz water, 1tbs Peanut Butter, a dash of Honey, Ice
and the WINNER... PB and Honey!!!
For some reason, the Vanilla Myoplex has a very bitter flavor all alone... and we like to experiment with flavors... if you have any suggestions... please feel free to suggest.
Our next trial flavor is Almond Joy :-)
Vanilla Myoplex, Sugar free Chocolate Syrup, Almond Butter, Coconut Extract, and Ice :-)
Wow. Those look really good. Has your wife considered using Myoplex Lite? According to the Champions and Challengers edition of Body for life, Myoplex Lite is the best kind of Myolex for women since they mostly want to get lean and fit. Just thought I'd let you know. Thanks for the recipes. I'll have to try them on my free day.
The ready to drink Myoplex Lite shakes are about the perfect amount. They are very filling, but not overly so. :D
