On the list I had it just said RTD meal replacments, so I ordered those. Should I have ordered the lites instead?
Depends on your goals and situation. In general, you'd go with Myoplex if trying to build lean mass, and Myoplex Lite if trying to lose fat. However, Myoplex Lite is only 170 calories and might not provide enough caloric energy for some people even if they're trying to lose fat (like me - if I dip too far under 300 calories average per meal for very long, my energy just drains away).
If the regular Myoplex has too many calories to fit your goals you can just use half the package at time. Saves money and still tastes great! :)
