I'm off to the Bahamas for a week, it's an all-inclusive resort, so I don't know what I'm in for as far as food availability or gym accessibility.
Any suggestions on how to keep on track?
Stick to your portions! Shrimp, crab legs, fish, chicken, fruits, vegetables, etc! Make sure you keep your 6 meals, bring supplement shakes to help you fill three meals.
