Vacation eating

  • I'm off to the Bahamas for a week, it's an all-inclusive resort, so I don't know what I'm in for as far as food availability or gym accessibility.

     

    Any suggestions on how to keep on track?

  • Stick to your portions!  Shrimp, crab legs, fish, chicken, fruits, vegetables, etc!  Make sure you keep your 6 meals, bring supplement shakes to help you fill three meals.
