Question...

  • I workout in the morning at 9:00. Should I take creatine in the morning right before workout, eat a Myoplex Lite  bar after workout, and drink a 

    Myoplex® Original Ready-to-Drink at snack time (6:00pm)? On Fridays and Saturdays, I substitute the Ready to drink with Soy Protein Powder mixed with milk

     

    I heard creatine gives you more energy. They all give me energy, i think. Is it safe to take all of those 6 days a week?
