I am thinking of trying the Body for Life exercise routine while I'm doing Weight Watchers. I know I may not see the exact same transformation as everyone else because I am not eating the exact food, but does anyone think I will get good results? I am looking to lose around 25-30 pounds in total.
You can eat whatever foods you want with weight watchers. I haven't started my challenge yet, but I'm currently on weight watchers and deciding whether to cancel my membership or stay on. So I'd be interested to hear what others have to say, too.
