I will be starting BFL on Monday. Can anyone tell me how soon you should eat after your morning work out?
I will be starting then too! I know that you are supposed to eat something with protein (ie protein bar, drink, shake, etc) within 30 minutes after your workout to give your body something to repair muscles and so forth. I will usually workout, then shower and dress for the day then make myself a protein shake and drink that while I finish getting around.
