Just figured out why I am so tired this week - I am not feeding myself right!

  • I have been doing this since August 15th.  This week I am exhausted so I analyzed my diet for the week and realized that I am not eating enough and that I have fallen back into my too many calories/carbs phobia.  The first couple weeks I lost almost 10 pounds while eating more calories and carbs than ever have.  Time to dig out the food journals for those weeks and start feeding this body what it needs to support the hard work it us doing!

    Somtimes even the simplest things become complicated!

     

    I am in control!

    Nothing tastes as good as being skinnier feels!
