I make my post workout shake with 1 serving of protein powder and water, I used to add a serving of yogurt, but cut that out (even though it made the flavor better.) I make it in a sports bottle and throw 1 or 2 ice cubes in it. Put it in my gym bag and then go work out. After my workout I wait about 15 minutes and then drink it. I have found that if the powder has time to fully dissolve in the water the consistency is better. I still shake the heck out of it before drinking...which is harder on UBWO days :)
Thanks JamesK I will try letting it dissolve a little more and shake it up!
