Almond Meal Pancakes
Mix together and pour batter into a greased skillet at medium heat (keep the pancakes small as they are hard to flip). Cook 2-3 minutes per side, until golden brown. Serve with fruit, honey, cream cheese or other favorite topping.
Variations: add berries, banana, chopped apples or applesauce to the batter. I plan to try subbing plain or Greek yogurt for the milk and see how that turns out.

These are delicious, rich and filling. I think another great breakfast would be half a portion of these pancakes with scrambled egg whites on the side.
Want it. Plan it. Do it.
I have a almond waffle recipe that's really good as well. But I believe almond flour to be too high in fat for BFL. What are your thoughts?
I plan on not eating any almond flour for the 12 weeks.
