If the consumption involves an EAS Product, y'all may have noticed the colorful graph, chart on the back of the products that show when maximum results are obtained versus before and after the workout, or does that not apply to the BFL system or workouts????
90 minutes would be too long after a strength training workout. It should be an hour after cardio and about a 1/2 hour after strength training if the goal is fat loss. If it's muscle gain then right away after strength training. Is this what you were asking?
