Thanks for the advice guys! Maybe I will feel different once I get a little further along. I am on day 3 of week 3 right now. On my free day I usually eat one meal totally off of the plan and maybe a sweet treat somewhere in the day and a glass of wine after dinner. By the time Sunday comes around my husband and I know exactly what we want to indulge in. FSUforLife, that is exactly how I've felt during my last couple of free days usually late that evening, so I'll try to look at the free day as part of the plan! Thanks again!

Relax and enjoy it, because after 6 days of HIIT and weights, you deserve it. It's free, because you don't have to "pay" for it in the end. LOL *wink*
