for your creamer, add a little Advantedge or Myoplex vanilla RTD!!! Then drink the rest! Is wonderful in coffee.
I've also heard a small amount of cinnamon added to one's coffee helps to stabilize the blood sugar levels and is actually good for you, so .... I always put a dash or two in my one cup of coffee in the morning with 2% (or less) milk and truvia (or splendra will work as well).
I have done several challenges with great success and I have never made an issue of coffee. I thoroughly enjoy a couple cups of coffee every morning (with skim milk). I think as long as you don't overdo it you will be fine. I know there are some that will have a cup of coffee before a workout to give them a bit of caffine boost. I personally don't think it hurts.
