need help with food!

  • If Im eating Fage 0% greek yogurt, 1 cup is 130 cal 9g carb and 23g protein. should I add another carb?

     

    also if im 140 5'4 i should be eating 20/20 protein/carb each meal correct?

  • Yes to the carb.

    140lbs divided by 6 meals = 23

    If you wish to drop your scale weight, you can try 20-23g for a few of your meals gradually to see how you feel in relation to energy and recovery. I wouldnt drop the grams in all the six meals though IMHO.
