Eggs give me a wicked rash, especially when I'm eating seven a day. Any subsitutions anyone would recommend?

Try other proteins such as cottage cheese, shrimp, steaks, chicken, tuna... or a protein shake.
I know there are egg substitutes sold in the grocery stores, but from my experience, they are pretty expensive.
Is there anything else that has the same protein to calorie ratio as eggs? Or should I just not worry about the calories?
Calories on clean portions of protein the size of your palm, the thickness of a deck of cards are all about 20-23 grams protein per serving.
As a general rule, there is no reason to count calories with BFL if you are following the authorized food lists and palm/fist measure.
