I miss this stuff badly. Now that I have completed the challenge, can I drink a glass of OJ every morning>?
Just be mindful of the fact that it's a carb. I'd say yes absolutely if you work out in the morning.

I do workout in the AM. I was thinking I wouldn't mind adding a bit of muscle bulk so an extra carb for my two morning meals would help me achieve that goal would it not?
If you enjoy the oj then drink it. I would agree with you on the adding the carbs in the morning post workout, but you'd be better suited with oatmeal or something else that is solid and makes the body work for it's good. Don't forget to keep your proteins at those morning meals at the same level as your carbs.
