  • I like to take a whole wheat tortilla, little spread of pizza sauce, loads of chicken and veggies, and feta cheese.  The feta doesn't really melt, but it's SO strong flavored that a little goes a long way.  You only need a sprinkle of feta to taste it.  My work has a pizza oven to heat it up.
