Liz is correct regarding the EFL book. Many of the recipes are more geared to after challenge maintenance to maintain a long term healthy lifestyle.
Thanks, no wonder why I am not loosing anything. I feel so frustrated at myself. I have both the BFL and BFL womens book so I should have known but I found it easier to just look, and cook from the cookbook. I will just have to figure it out from here. Thanks again.
cristib, a lot of the recipes can still work, you just really have to look at the ingredients and portion sizes and adjust as needed, especially the portion sizes to fit what is in the BFL book.
