Help!! I forgot my lunch!!

    I have a Frys and Safeway near me.... any suggestions?
    Oh, and brown rice in my work fridge.......

    Go get deli turkey meat from Safeway. Add the brown rice and vwallah!

    Sick of sandwich meat though. Had that for snack  :(  

    I searched the deli once for grilled or baked chicken *** and got laughed at.

    Darn un healthy delis!!

    ANy other ideas??

    Tuna? Chicken *** in a can? buy a manual can opener while you are there! :)
