What is everyone having(or had ) for dinner?
I had a 4oz Turkey burger with low fat cheese and Whole wheat buns
Teriyaki chicken, brown rice, broccoli and for my last meal greek yogurt with splenda and strawberries. Yum!
I was running around town all day, so for me dinner was a protein shake and a bowl of canteloupe. Tomorrow night will be homemade spaghetti sauce served over spaghetti squash, YUM! Spaghetti squash is so easy to cook and when you scrape it out it falls out like stringy noodles.
Last night it was chicken and shrimp fajitas one of my absolute favorites! Tonight is ground turkey meat in spaghetti sauce over whole wheat pasta and a big salad!...NO WINE for me! ( my biggest struggle!)
Failure is not an option!
Kelly, I had ground turkey too, but I cooked it up, added a can of black beans and about a 1/2 cup of salsa...tonight was "Mexican night" on our menu so I cooked this up for me. Makes about 3 portions...yummy!

Wow this dinner was good. My 5th meal is the only meal that my wife makes for me. Today, she went asian style with some 4oz stir fried steak with 2oz of lenguine. Wow that was so good I thought i was cheatin. Am glad she made a plenty I will have that again for my 5th meal tmw.
I'm a vegetarian so my dinner was brown rice with tempeh and broccoli seasoned with lots of garlic and soy sauce, so delicious!!!
Tonight we had breakfast for dinner at my house! Scrambled eggs, ham(only a little.. left over from Easter) and WW toast with sugar free Apricot preserves.
I can't believe no one had egg salad sandwiches!! lol
Does anyone eat quinoa? Tonight I had 3 oz of tilapia, 1/4 c of quinoa, 1/4 cup black beans, and 1 cup of green beans.
Deb, I love mexican so I will have to try your little concoction! And spaghetti squash is DELICIOUS!! I'll have to put that on my meal plan for the week after next! (traveling this week).

Speaking of spaghetti squash...Aly...you were gonna use my chicken spaghetti recipe below and add spaghetti squash. Did you do that? How was it? Sharon WW - You never commented either. Maybe they hate this recipe :-0
This is INCREDIBLY yummy and BFL approved
Carmelize 1 medium yellow onion with LOTS of minced garlic in a hot pan
Add a bit of extra virgin olive oil
Add 1 whole diced red pepper
Add small container of sliced mushrooms
Season with seasoning salt, lemon pepper, and MORE garlic
Add diced chicken *** (You could use turkey ***, or ground turkey ***)
Once all of that is cooked up...
Add a can of really good quality tomatoes. San Marzano tomatoes are amazing! You can get them at Whole Foods, possibly Trader Joe's too.
Stew it down.
Add whole wheat pasta. I guess you could try brown rice...haven't tried it.
Servings: Make sure that you have 4 oz. of meat and no more than a handful of the pasta for each serving.
