Week 11 Hunger

  • It is week 11C2  and I am starting to get a huge appetite. It happened to me in challenge 1 as well. I guess then just means my body is burning calories effeciently, I hope.

    5:30 am RTD meal replacement

    7am 6 egg whites and oatmeal

    9 am 2 Boca burgers patties and greek yogurt

    11am 6 oz of tuna, brown & wild rice, veggies

    1:15 pm 6 inch Oven Roasted Chicken (double meat) on Wheat (Lettuce tomato cucumbers spinache vinegar no cheese) at Subway

    3pm HUNGRY! I think I will have the same as 9 am with veggies

  • Yes, this happened to me too, I was so hungry my stomach was growling, it started when I upped the weights too, our bodies are saying I'm hungry! we're getting our metabolism's really moving so you probably need to add a bit more food, make sure you are getting the right amounts of carbs/protein and fats as if they are out of whack you'll be hungry...from what I can see you're not eating enough at meals....11AM looks good though.....I added a bit more food especially protein and feel much better.

  • That was not my entire day just all my meals up till 3pm.  I listed 6 meals and I ate 7.5 meals yesterday. Protein!!!!!!!

  • Thanks. I am on day 73 so I have 9 non-free days left to push hard and be strong. It doesn't help than I am adding extra cardio (not high intensity) to train for a 5K (who trains for 5ks?)
