Is it okay to have low cal/low sodium popcorn for a snack? What about Natural peanut butter? What about anything I consider a non-threat to my progress that is not listed on the Authorized food list? i.e popcorn, peanut butter, hummus and roasted seaweed. I also stumbled across the Abbott Dark ZONE Perfect nutrition bars in Double Dark Chocolate and Dark Chocolate Almond...are those okay as a snack during the 12 weeks? In moderation of course...
IMHO, not if you are serious about your results or are planning to submit a packet to enter the official challenge. If it's not listed, I wouldn't eat it.
