I cook only one day a week and make my own frozen dinners. I generally cook enough for almost 2 weeks worth of food and every day I go to the fridge or freezer and pack my lunch. My work schedule varies so its easy to eat right when you have planned everything you will eat for the entire day in advance. I put it in a bag and it follows me all day long and when it is time to eat the only decision is what I have in my bag.
I guess I need to think of my home kitchen as my personal BFL Restaurant and I am the head chef, sous chef, waitress, busyboy, dishwasher and maitre de!
(I am going to have to ask for a huge raise....as I am sooooooooooooo underpaid......the benefits are the best however!!)
There is a healthy fast food restaurant near me called Sharky's Woodfired Mexican Grill. They offer healthy food, using fresh, natural and organic ingredients. They have locations in California and Washington. Good food! They have tofu, brown rice, grilled chicken, broccoli, so many good for you foods, fast and reasonably priced....I hope they expand to more areas.
[Entrepreneurs, they offer franchising opportunities!]
